English Vinglish from my view.....

                      

                            After a long description about the movie English Vinglish in my previous post, now it is my turn to express my opinion about the movie English Vinglish.Well from my point of a view, I think it is the most fantastic Hindi film that I have ever watched in my life.The movie English Vinglish delivers a very useful message to everybody.This movie teaches us that we should not give up in our life to achieve whatever that we want.Take for example ,one of the most important character in this movie that is Shashi.She felt terribly down and sick of both her husband and daughter that has been teasing her due to her illeteracy in English.But Shashi did not give up at the very beginning.She put her efforts in overcoming her obstacle in English language and at the end of the day,she succeeded by obtaining a distinction for her English language.Besides this movie also potrays that no matter how busy a mother is, she had never abandoned her responsibility in taking care of her family.Shashi is an entrepreneur.She makes sweets(laddoo) as  her part time job.But yet she had never abandoned her family.She continue to serve as a faithful wife and also a caring mother to her husband and also kids.Well I think that's all from me about my point of view about English Vinglish.Watch this movie guys ,because I am sure you are not going to regret about it.... 

Shashi's Mistakes And The Corresponding Responds From The Public.

             
                Shashi who is the main character in the the movie entitled English Vinglish have made many mistakes in her daily life due to her weakness in English Language.Some of the situation include,at the begining of the movie when Shashi was preparing breakfast for her family, she accidentally pronounce the word 'jazz' as 'jaaz'.As a result,she was terribly teased by both her husband and daughter for not pronouncing a simple word correctly.Besides that ,some other mistake that is made by Shashi include, when she was about to order meal for her breakfast in a coffee shop somewhere in New York, she spoke English that is ,could not even understood by the cashiers aand the workers.She was nagged  for her disability in making a simple order by the workers.These are some of the mistakes that is made by Shashi and the corresponding respond from the surrounding.The moral of the story guys,start speaking English now or else you will regret at the end of the day.....

Satish

               Well if my previous post was about Shashi, now it would be about Satish, Shashi's husband. I absolutely dislike this character as this character have many cons than pros.Satish is a workaholic.Family comes second for him compare to Shashi who is eventhough a very busy housewife but also divides time for her family.Satish always like to make fun of Shashi because of her weakness in English.Instead of correcting her,Satish together with his daughter will tease Shashi terribly.As a result from this Shashi was  affected emotionally realising that even her own family is not supporting or encouraging her in speaking English besides discouraging her more.Satish is also very disappointing.When Shashi was asked to give speech by her niece Radha about the married couple,Satish quickly respond by saying that his wife English is not very good without knowing her capabilities....     

  

Shashi

            The characteristic that I like about Shashi is that she remain resilent always eventhough she is teased badly by her both husband and daughter for not speaking a good English.Besides that Shashi is also a good mother.Depsite being very busy in making sweets(laddoo) but she still divide her time for her shildren and her husband.Other than that Shashi is very determined.She is very determined in her decision for taking English lesson because she is tired being seen as foolish for not commanding a good English languange.Shashi also have a very presentable soft skill that have made some of her guyfriend attracted to her,namely Laurent.

English Vinglish

               ENGLISH VINGLISH  potrays a story about a mother or more likely to be known as Shashi in this movie that took initiative steps in overcoming her weakness in reading and also speaking English . Sri Devi plays the role Shashi in this movie and it is one of the most important role in this movie.Shashi is married to Satish(husband) and is presented with two beautiful kids namely,Sapna(daughter) and Sagar(son).But sadly she has been a source of joke for her family due to her weakness in english

         Shashi is a very busy housewife.Besides looking after her kids, she also runs part time buisness that is, selling sweets (laddoo) which is incredibly tasteful.The plot eventually developed in this story after Shashi was asked to leave to New York three weeks earlier for her cousin's marriage.

          Well,fate was in Shashi's side.She was treated well by her relations.Once there was an unforgetful incident occur in a coffee shop where Shashi felt terribly ashamed for not handling the situation at the shop by speaking a broken English.Eversince from that incident, she begin to attend English tution.She begin to communicate well and even read english newspaper.The day came when Shashi's family arrived in New York.

         As usual the things goes well.Eventhough being very busy for the wedding preparation but Shashi's spirit in attending her English lesson never worn out.This story reach to a climax where Shashi could not attend her English examination due to some reason.The moment of truth arrived as her cousin asked her to give some speech about her relation's wedding.She stood up bravely and give her speech in English language.Everyone was very astonished to the way how Shashi presented her speech.Not to be mention her very own daughter started to give out tears because she never thought her mother can command a very perfect English.Eversince from this incident she begin to gain respect as a mother and also a wife from her kids and her husband
